EXTRA MUSIC

Would you like us to play a piece of music that has a special meaning to you? We can do it!

Extra music charge: $50 Includes purchase of up to three additional pieces outside of our repertoire list. Flat rate.

TRAVEL FEES
These fees cover one trip, both ways. Purchase two if you need us to travel to your wedding location for both a rehearsal and the actual event. If your location is not listed, please speak with the manager for options. Be sure to check with us about our schedules to make sure we are available for your rehearsal and event. REHEARSALS

• There is no charge for a rehearsal for weddings within Waco city limits.
  
• For out-of-town wedding rehearsals, the fee is the same as travel fee for given city. Please make this payment only after checking with the manager, since we cannot guarantee our presence at wedding rehearsals out of town.
• If you need us to rehearse with additional singers or instrumentalists, there is a $75 fee per rehearsal. Check with manager on availability prior to paying the fee.

Rehearsal Fee with other singers/musicians: $75 Covers one rehearsal with additional singers or other instrumentalists within Waco area.

PAYMENT
There is a one time, non-refundable deposit of $200 (which is part of your total fee, not added on top) as an up-front payment, required in order to block our calendar. If your event is cancelled, this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining payment is due no fewer than seven (7) days in advance of your event.

Here's the process:
1. Email or call us to inquire about a date. Please include all possible information in your inquiry: rehearsal date, location, time, date, whether there are other musicians involved, whether the event is outdoors, etc.
2. The manager will contact you with our availability and negotiate a price with you.
3. Download, complete, and sign the agreement below and mail it to our home address (see contact info). You can also scan it and send it to us by email.
4. We will confirm everything in the contract, sign it and send it back to you.
5. Upon receipt of your contract, please pay your deposit online. Your online payment reserves our services.
6. You may pay the remaining balance at any time up to seven (7) days in advance of the event. If we do not receive it prior to seven days in advance, we may not be able to play at your event.
